Who we are

GetCreds is the service at getcreds.ai. Agencies and businesses use it to see what customers associate with a business and to shape what comes next.

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

Account information

When you create a workspace we store the agency name, your name, your email, and a password hash if you chose a password.

We use this to run your account, keep you signed in, and contact you about the service.

Google sign-in

You can continue with Google. Google then sends us an ID token. We read the Google account id and the verified email.

If that email already belongs to a GetCreds user we attach Google to that same account. We do not receive your Google password.

Reviews and business data

If you connect a public review listing we collect reviews and related listing data so they can appear in your workspace.

That can include reviewer names, ratings, review text, and dates from sources such as Google, Trustpilot, and Tripadvisor.

You decide which businesses and listings to connect. We process this data to provide analysis, maps, replies, and related product features.

Cookies and analytics

When you sign in we set a session cookie named reputation_session. It keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising.

On getcreds.ai we may load Google Analytics. That tells us which pages people open. Local development does not need this tag.

This site does not show a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep data

We keep account and workspace data while the workspace exists.

If you want an account deleted, write to [email protected]. We will remove the workspace we control after we confirm the request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We use processors that help run the product. That includes hosting, the database, Google sign-in, Google Analytics on production, and review listing providers you connect.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the account data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected].

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
